The club is again closed this forthcoming Tuesday 18 December, so the Suffolk Cup match against Clacton was our last meeting of the year.
Unfortunately, the result was not as we had hoped, but the injury and illness ravaged squad just couldn't cope with the task in Essex.
George's brief match report appears below.
We will resume Tuesday training at 6pm on the 8th January, afresh, after the Christmas and New Year break and push on towards our tour at the end of the season.
Our next match is against Harwich, again in the pool round of the Suffolk Cup, at Home on Sunday 13th January 2008.
